Month-to-month, or a service agreement
Pick whichever suits your budgeting. Either way, the monthly rate is the one written in your proposal.
Tell us when your current service ends and we'll start that same week. No gap, no bare planters, no awkward conversations. Family-owned in Los Angeles since 1986. Weekly or every other week, month-to-month available, from $225 a month.
Free on-site walk-through · Written proposal within one business day · No obligation
If you already have a plant service, you don't need a new installation. You need a team that shows up. Bring us an invoice from your current provider, dated within the last three months, and we waive our initial setup fee on your account. The monthly rate stays exactly what our pricing page says: from $225 a month, most programs $225–$450.
Book the free walk-through and bring the invoice, or send it after. Either works.
We look at what you have (the plants, the pots, the light) and note what's thriving and what isn't. About 20 minutes, no obligation.
Your plan, your monthly rate, and which of your existing plants we can take on under a Guarantee plan, all in writing.
You give your current provider its notice; we schedule our first full service for the week it ends. No gap, and no two crews in the lobby.
We come weekly or every other week (52 or 26 visits a year) starting at 6am, before your team arrives. Every visit is the same checklist: watering, feeding, pruning, cleaning, and a pest and disease check, done by our own crew, never a subcontractor. That is what interior plantscaping is supposed to look like in a corporate lobby, a professional suite, or a facility with a dozen conference rooms.
We take over existing plantings. At the walk-through we assess each plant; if we can take them on under a Guarantee plan, the proposal says so. Plants that are already failing are quoted for replacement up front, so there are no surprises later. Normally we take on the whole program rather than part of it.
Pots stay if you like them. Plants that are healthy but badly placed get moved to the light they need. And on our Guarantee plans, anything that declines under our care afterwards is replaced free. See plant maintenance for what each plan includes.
The same terms every proposal is written on, with no fine print to hunt for.

A Maintenance Lease with Guarantee always comes with one. So does any special offer, including the setup-fee waiver on this page.
Tell us in writing, finish the remaining month, and that's it.
Up-front costs are limited to what your proposal lists. For a takeover, that is the initial setup fee, waived when you show us your current invoice.
Augustin founded Area Indoor Plants in 1986; his son Luca is the second generation in the business today. The people who walk your floor are the family whose name stands behind the work, and the crew that services your plants is our own. Clients on Google (where older reviews still show our former name, Area Indoor Planting Co.) have kept us at 5.0 stars across 20 reviews.
Call (818) 957-8719 or book the free walk-through. The written proposal reaches you within one business day.
“The greenery and plantscaping they designed and maintain make the difference between a cold, dusty, brick relic of a building and a charming workspace that makes coming to work enjoyable and productive.”Juan Perez Google review
No. Tell us the date your current service ends and we schedule our first full visit for that same week. Your planters are never left bare, and you never have two crews in the building at once.
No. The walk-through and the written proposal are free and carry no obligation, so you can have our numbers in hand first. Check the notice period in your current agreement, give notice when you're ready, and we work around it.
Show us an invoice from your current plant service, dated within the last three months, and we waive our initial setup fee on your account. The monthly rate stays exactly what our pricing page says. One waiver per account, and like every special offer we run, it comes with a service agreement.

And if the walk-through says your plants just need better light and a different watering week, we'll tell you that, even if it means you stay where you are.
