Huntington Beach holds two very different kinds of workplace: resort lobbies full of ocean light near the pier, and deep corporate facilities inland. We design, install, and care for the plants in both. A family company at this work since 1986.
Down on Pacific Coast Highway, at Pacific City and along Main Street, the buildings are built to be looked at. Resort hotel lobbies run tall, the glass faces the water, and the light comes in bright and low with salt in the air. Those rooms can carry real specimens (kentia palms, dracaenas, a tree with enough height to answer a two-story ceiling), and they punish anything half-hearted, because every guest walks past it. A few miles north, in the aerospace and engineering campuses near Bolsa Chica Street, the problem inverts: big tilt-up corporate facilities with daylight only at the perimeter, long corridors, and interior conference rooms with no window at all.
Good interior plantscaping is mostly a matter of respecting that. We walk the space, note where the light actually lands, and design to it. Hardy palms and dracaenas for a bright lobby, preserved moss for a windowless conference room, and something that can take heat for the professional suites with west-facing glass that bakes every afternoon. The walk-through is free, and the written proposal reaches you within one business day of it. That is the whole idea behind our office plant service: plants chosen for the room they will live in, not for a catalog photo.

It starts with a free walk-through of your suite, floor, or campus. We map the light room by room, design to it, and install with our own crew (never subcontractors) using plants hand-picked from our partner nurseries in Los Angeles and Orange County.
Office plant serviceScheduled visits cover watering, feeding, pruning, leaf cleaning, and a pest and disease check. Come weekly or every other week (52 or 26 visits a year), with Every-Other-Week starting at $225 a month. Free replacement of any plant that declines is included on the Guarantee Maintenance and Maintenance Lease with Guarantee plans only, not on plain Every-Other-Week or Weekly maintenance.
Plant maintenanceThe Maintenance Lease with Guarantee puts the plants, the decorative containers, and guaranteed care on one monthly rate. Upfront cost stays much lower than buying (a one-time installation fee, quoted in your proposal), and the plants and pots are yours at the end of the lease. Plant leasing & rentalPreserved moss walls thrive where nothing else can. Interior conference rooms, elevator lobbies, a corridor in the middle of a big floor plate. They come from The Plant Artist, our design studio, which also builds custom faux trees and botanical light fixtures.
Green walls
Orange County has been on our service map for years. Our crews run regular routes through Irvine, Anaheim, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, and Huntington Beach, so a Huntington Beach account joins roads we already drive rather than becoming a special trip somebody has to price around. Service starts at 6am, which matters more here than people expect: crews are in and out before the office fills, before the lunch rush hits a Main Street dining room, and before a hotel lobby starts checking guests out. Because our partner nurseries include growers in Orange County as well as Los Angeles, fresh plants and seasonal color never ride far to reach you. The work here is as mixed as the city. Business parks along Gothard Street and Edinger Avenue and the industrial-creative blocks around McFadden and Graham; offices above and beside the retail at Bella Terra, where Edinger meets Beach Boulevard; medical and professional suites down Beach Boulevard and near the hospital, where a waiting room needs plants that always look groomed; restaurants and hospitality downtown and at Pacific City; and the quieter offices and homes out toward Huntington Harbour. Every-Other-Week maintenance starts at $225 per month, Weekly service is available, and most programs run $225–$450 per month depending on the number of plants and the plan you choose. Moss walls, green walls, and large installations are quoted individually. The walk-through is free, and the written proposal (with an exact figure for your space) arrives within one business day of the walk-through.
Month-to-month is available, or a service agreement if you prefer. Your choice. Leases always come with a service agreement. One month's notice ends service. No deposit. The plan and the terms are both written into the proposal, so there is nothing to discover later.
Already have plants? We take over existing plantings: they're assessed at the walk-through, and if we can take them on under a Guarantee plan, the proposal says so. It comes up often in a city with this much tenant turnover. A suite inherits planters from the last company in the space, or a lobby was planted years ago and has been watered since by whoever remembered.
A preserved moss wall, most often. It needs no water, no light, and no plumbing, which is why it works in the interior conference rooms and long corridors of the tilt-up corporate facilities on this side of town. The Plant Artist, our design studio, also builds custom faux trees and botanical light fixtures for spots where nothing living would last. Where there is some daylight, low-light living plants are still on the table. We decide room by room at the walk-through.
