Costa Mesa keeps two kinds of front door. In South Coast Metro, around Anton Boulevard and Bristol Street, office towers stand beside South Coast Plaza and the Segerstrom Center for the Arts: corporate lobbies under double-height glass, law and finance floors above them, and theater-district restaurants that fill up before curtain. A few minutes away, the action-sports and lifestyle brands headquartered here work out of creative headquarters with open floors, skylights, concrete underfoot, and a skate-park-adjacent culture you can read in how the space gets used. Different buildings, same truth: the greenery inside should look as considered as the address outside. We start with a free on-site walk-through and put a written proposal in your hands within one business day of it.
Light decides almost everything. A double-height lobby can carry a real specimen (a kentia cluster or a tall dracaena that still reads from across the floor), while the elevator core behind it gets no daylight at all. A creative headquarters lit from above has bright overhead light and dim walls, so we plant toward the glass and use preserved moss where a living plant would only limp along. Suites with north-facing windows get soft, even light all day, which rhapis palms and sansevieria take beautifully. That is what interior plantscaping really is: choosing for the room in front of you, not for a catalog photo. It is the heart of our office plant service.

It starts with a free walk-through of your suite, floor, or lobby. We map the light room by room, design to what we find, and install with our own crew (never subcontractors) using plants hand-picked from our partner nurseries in Los Angeles and Orange County.
Office plant serviceVisits run weekly or every other week (52 or 26 visits a year) and cover watering, feeding, pruning, cleaning, and a pest and disease check. Every-Other-Week maintenance starts at $225 a month, and Weekly is available. Free replacement of any plant that declines is included on the Guarantee Maintenance and Maintenance Lease with Guarantee plans only, not on plain Every-Other-Week or Weekly maintenance.
Plant maintenanceThe Maintenance Lease with Guarantee puts the plants, the decorative containers, and guaranteed care on one monthly rate. Upfront cost stays much lower than buying (a one-time installation fee, quoted in your proposal), and the plants and pots are yours at the end of the lease.
Plant leasing & rentalPreserved moss walls thrive where nothing else can, including interior conference rooms, elevator lobbies, and corridors without a window. They come from The Plant Artist, our design studio, which also builds custom faux trees and botanical light fixtures.
Green walls
The 405, the 55, and the 73 all meet here, which makes Costa Mesa a crossroads of the county, and it has been on our service map for years. Our crews run regular routes through Irvine, Anaheim, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, and Huntington Beach, so a Costa Mesa account joins roads we already drive rather than a special trip somebody has to price around. Service starts at 6am, so our crews are in and out before the office fills. The watering, the pruning, and the clean-up are finished before your first meeting. Every-Other-Week maintenance starts at $225 per month, Weekly service is available, and most programs run $225–$450 per month depending on how many plants the space holds and which plan you choose. Moss walls, green walls, and large installations are quoted individually. Costa Mesa is on our regular Orange County routes rather than a special trip, so programs here land in the same range we quote everywhere we work. The walk-through is free, and the written proposal (with an exact figure for your space) arrives within one business day of it.
A preserved moss wall. It needs no light and no watering, which is why it works in an interior conference room, an elevator lobby, or a corridor cut off from the glass. Those are the rooms where a living plant slowly gives up no matter who cares for it. Moss and green walls are cut to each wall's own dimensions, so they are quoted individually. If the room does get some daylight, a living wall may be the better answer, and we will say which one at the walk-through.
Month-to-month is available, or a service agreement if you prefer. Your choice. Leases always come with a service agreement. One month's notice ends service. No deposit. Whichever way you go, the plan and everything it covers are written down in the proposal before you sign anything.
Already have plants? We take over existing plantings: they're assessed at the walk-through, and if we can take them on under a Guarantee plan, the proposal says so. Where a plant is too far gone to save, we say so plainly instead of billing for care that will not turn it around. On Guarantee Maintenance and the Maintenance Lease with Guarantee, replacements are included; on plain Every-Other-Week or Weekly maintenance, they are quoted.
